Q: How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?
A: All domestic orders received before 9am PST on weekdays will incur the following shipping times.
- USPS Parcel Select Ground: 5 business days
- USPS First Class Package: 3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 business day
Q: Where does My Little Precious ship?
A: My Little Precious offers nationwide US shipping to all states. Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the US, although this may change!
Q: What is the best way to navigate the site?
A: You can browse items by product category, gender, age, size, style or color. Shop new arrivals, sale – or just shop all for a leisurely browse through our entire collection!
Q: If an item is out of stock, how long until it is back in stock?
A: Restocking times vary from product to product. Please contact customer service at customercare@mylilprecious.com and we can tell you the estimated arrival date of the particular product you are interested in.
Q: Where is the My Little Precious headquarters?
A: The My Little Precious head office is located in Irvine, CA.
Q: Can I add a product to an existing order I’ve already placed?
A: If your order has not yet shipped and is still in our warehouse then we can make the changes for you. Once it has shipped, you will need to start a new order. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to customer service at customercare@mylilprecious.com for more information on your order status and to request an addition.
Q: Where in the world do you source products from?
A: My Little Precious products come from all over the globe. We source the very best from Japan, to France, to the UK - and beyond!

Q: What if I received a damaged product?
A: While every effort is made to ensure packages arrive safely, in very rare instances, in-transit damage my occur.
If your package/box is damaged, please contact the shipping company and file a claim.
If the product itself is damaged, please contact My Little Precious at customercare@mylilprecious.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with the following information:
- Name
- Contact number
- Order items & order number
- Photo of the item with clear depiction of any faults or issues
Refunds, exchanges and site credits will be granted at the discretion of the My Little Precious team. Please note, any requests for refund or exchange cannot be honored more than 7 days after your product arrives. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if there is an issue, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Q: What if I received a wrong item?
A: If you believe you have received an item in error, please contact My Little Precious at customercare@mylilprecious.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with the following information:
- Name
- Contact number
- Order items & order number
- Photo/s of the item/s you received
Our customer service team will do their very best to assist you. Refunds, exchanges and site credits will be granted at the discretion of the My Little Precious team. Q: Why haven’t I received a confirmation email regarding my order?
A: You should receive a confirmation email within a few hours of making an order. If you have not received a confirmation email from us, please check your trash/spam folders. Otherwise, please contact customer service at customercare@mylilprecious.com.
Q: I would like My Little Precious to stock my brand, how do I apply to be a vendor?
At My Little Precious we are always on the hunt for the next amazing discovery in stylish kids’ wear and ultra-cool children’s lifestyle products. A: Absolutely. Prospective influencer partners can email press@mylilprecious.com to reach out. Please introduce yourself and share any relevant links – if it’s a great fit, a member of our team will be in touch about doing a formal collaboration. Influencer or not, we LOVE to see our customers and their kids decked out in My Little Precious finds on social media.
